HR Manager role based in Derbyshire on a permanent contract

Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of employee relations, recruitment etc.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people strategy and workforce planning.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and best practices, maintaining a high standard of ethical and inclusive practices.
- Support wider HR team with people projects
Profile
- Proven experience in a strategic HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is required
