In this role, you will work closely with existing customers, handling order processing, providing product advice, and ensuring they receive the best service possible. You’ll also have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell, making outbound calls to check in with your customer base and proactively address their needs.DAY TO DAY:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide expert advice on the product range and guide customers to the best solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products when stock is out, ensuring customers receive alternatives that suit their needs.
  • Make regular outbound calls to existing customers to check in and identify opportunities for further sales.
  • Handle stock-related issues and produce accurate quotes as needed.
