You might be an experienced TA or HLTA that feels ready for a step up and comfortable with behaviour management and engaging children. The role

The school we are looking for has an excellent reputation and strives to maintain a high expectation of behaviour, they hold all students and staff countable, which teaches the students essential life lessons. They believe in quality, delivering engaging and dynamic lessons, thoughtful student care and having a hard working attitude.

The role will entail you supervising pupils and carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are on short-term absence. You need to have good communication skills, be highly flexible and enjoy working with children.
