As a Quality Manager you will:

  • Establish, review, maintain, and improve the quality management system, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Manage the Quality Control department, optimizing resources to elevate standards and performance while evolving the department to meet company expectations and objectives 
  • Implement quality control procedures at every step of the company's processes, ensuring product specifications are met.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
  • Coordinate and support on-site audits by external organizations, maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Identify training needs and organize interventions to meet quality standards, enhancing team capabilities.
  • Support supplier quality activities to ensure standards are achieved and concerns addresses with necessary corrective actions 

As a Quality Manager you will bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, production management, or quality management, with relevant certifications being advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with expert knowledge of ISO 9001 and other Quality Management Systems  
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis, identifying trends, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills, capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem solving skills using root cause, 5Y, 8D to identify concerns, establish cause and implement corrective action plans.  
  • Awareness of H&SE to ensure compliance and risks are minimised across the business operations.
  • A customer service orientation and the ability to work effectively in a team, across multiple departments.
  • Ability to develop a forward thinking and proactive team to drive a quality culture across the business.
