Daytime Healthcare are partnering with a national Homecare group, who are seeking a deputy manager to join their Mexborough office. You must have experience working either as a Care Coordinator or Deputy Manager within the domiciliary care sector to be consdiered.

As Deputy Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission to provide outstanding care. Your responsibilities will include:

Compliance Excellence: Partner with the Registered Manager to monitor and enforce compliance, meeting and exceeding targets. Collect, collate, and report compliance paperwork weekly. Stay abreast of CQC regulations and legislation, ensuring all services are up to date. Champion high-quality service, addressing any shortfalls promptly.

Ensure adherence to our Development & Training and Supervision Policies. Oversee staff rota continuity to maintain seamless service. Service Delivery Mastery: Advocate for Person Centred Care, conducting spot checks and ensuring documentation is accurate and dignified.
