Fulfilment Manager - Rotherham - £30,000 - £35,000Chase & Holland are excited to be working with an innovative and exciting business, currently going through a strong period of growth, and looking to recruit an organised and conscientious Fulfilment Manager to join their busy Fulfilment team.You will report into the Operations Director and be responsible for ensuring all orders are completed to a high standard and on time whilst supporting the team leader and other staff members.In Return You’ll Receive:

Responsibilities of the Fulfilment Manager:
  • Managing the day-to-day operations ensuring all work is completed within agreed SLAs
  • Ensuring timely and accurate compliance with all administrative and reporting procedures  
  • Being the primary client contact, acting as a single point of contact for the end-to-end process
  • Ensuring team communication to raise issues, improve processes and obtain or offer support
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and KPIs
  • Collaborating with other departments to develop streamline processes and ensure high level of client satisfaction is achieved
  • Maintaining GDPR compliance throughout the department and ensure all staff adhere to the regulations
  • Prioritising and delegating workload to ensure a balanced approach to reacting to incoming requests
  • Managing and reporting client stock levels and managing replenishments to ensure efficient stock
  • Ensuring effective workforce planning is completed to meet demand
  • Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
  • Performance management and development of your direct reports
  • Overseeing the training and development of the team
  • Assisting with investigation and disciplinary meetings where appropriate
  • Observing safe-working practices
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pmRequired Skills & Experience:
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A self-starter using your initiative to reach goals and solve problems
  • Analytical with great attention to detail
  • A can-do attitude with a proactive mind set
