This is a standalone role supporting a group headcount of c150 employees, with a UK headcount of 30 employees, the role will report into the Groups Chief People Officer. This is a truly generalist role, as the company continues to grow, the role will oversee all HR and be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring that all personal information held for all employees is updated as required on HRIS
- Managing and developing the onboarding and offboarding process
- Supporting with recruitment across the whole group
- Writing and developing HR policies and procedures
- Issuing employment contracts, offer letters and updating T&C's
- Supporting with the administration of benefits
- Advising managers on employee relations issues such as performance management, absence management and mat/pat leave
- Supporting the senior management team with travel arrangement
