Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working on a fabulous opportunity with a Tech based business in their search for a HR Advisor on a full time,permanent basis at their site in Rotherham.

This is a standalone role supporting a group headcount of c150 employees, with a UK headcount of 30 employees, the role will report into the Groups Chief People Officer. This is a truly generalist role, as the company continues to grow, the role will oversee all HR and be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring that all personal information held for all employees is updated as required on HRIS
  • Managing and developing the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Supporting with recruitment across the whole group
  • Writing and developing HR policies and procedures
  • Issuing employment contracts, offer letters and updating T&C's
  • Supporting with the administration of benefits 
  • Advising managers on employee relations issues such as performance management, absence management and mat/pat leave 
  • Supporting the senior management team with travel arrangement
