We are seeking a Senior HR Consultant with extensive experience in providing high-level specialist HR advice and guidance. This role is ideal for someone skilled in recruitment & retention, change management, and complex employee relations case work, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability issues.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide specialist HR advice and guidance on recruitment & retention, change management including restructuring and TUPE, terms & conditions.
- Manage high-level complex employee relations case work including disciplinary, grievance, and capability issues.
- Oversee attendance management processes.
- Manage others in the delivery of HR solutions, case work, or projects.
- Handle a complex employee relations caseload.
- Develop and review corporate HR policies and procedures.
- Work within a trade union environment.
- Design and deliver learning and development events.
- Interpret and apply up-to-date knowledge and understanding of employment legislation.
- Analyse, interpret, and present management information to a range of audiences in various formats.
- Proven experience in a HR role providing high-level specialist advice and guidance.
- Experience managing others in the delivery of HR solutions, case work, or projects.
- Strong background in managing a complex employee relations caseload.
- Skilled in developing and reviewing corporate HR policies and procedures.
- Experience working within a trade union environment.
- Capability in the design and delivery of learning and development events.
- Proficient in interpreting and applying employment legislation.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in interpreting and presenting management information.
