You will work as part of a skilled support and helpdesk team, providing all levels of support, administration, and customer service to end users. This represents a chance to gain hands on experience working across both hardware and software platforms. The ideal applicant is someone who has experience across a range of tasks such as configuring IT systems, resolving support calls, dealing with technical issues, and setting up networks and cabling. You’ll be able to research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues on client and internal platforms, including server maintenance and storage technologies via an internal ticketing system. • Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
