Day-to-day of the role:- As a Design and Technology Teacher, you will specialise in supporting Key Stage 4 pupils, particularly Year 11s, as they complete their controlled assessments for their GCSE D&T qualification.
- You will develop and deliver engaging lessons that not only meet curriculum standards but also cater to the diverse needs of students with SEN.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to create a supportive and creative learning environment.
- Utilise your expertise to inspire and motivate students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
- Proven experience as a Design and Technology Teacher or in a similar role with transferable skills.
- Strong background in working with SEN students in an educational setting.
- Must possess a current DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
