Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience working in a service environment
  • Provide 1st line technical experience
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, 10 & 11
  • Experience using Microsoft Active Directory
  • Understanding of LAN / WAN / TCPIP
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience
  • Microsoft Office Admin Centre
  • Experience Supporting Microsoft Teams
  • Basic Understanding of Powershell preferred
  • Confident telephone manner
  • A keen interest in IT
  • Communication and time keeping skills
