We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data and Exams Officer to join a school team.
As the Data and Exams Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing student data, coordinating examinations, and ensuring compliance with exam board requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of exam-related data, including candidate information, results, and incidents during exams.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Examinations Coordination:
- Publish and distribute exam timetables, procedures, and exam board information.
- Resolve any scheduling clashes and ensure smooth exam administration.
- Liaison:
- Communicate effectively with exam boards, teaching staff, and invigilators.
- Organise and manage exam invigilators.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and handle sensitive data confidentially.
- Conduct security audits of exam records storage.
- Reporting:
- Generate reports on student performance and exam outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in data analysis and exams management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with relevant examination software and systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
