They are seeking a Client Success Manager based in their offices in Middlesbrough. Our client is passionate about the customer journey and the benefits and solutions they can provide to other companies, to increase business. You will need to be a collaborative individual with the ability to build excellent client relationships, with a strategic sales approach. If you are driven and ambitious, with a software, marketing, or ecommerce background, this could be the one for you! Duties as a Client Success Manager:
  • Maintaining and building key relationships
  • Increasing and managing the company portfolio
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction levels
  • Upselling on opportunities
  • Ensuring strong retention rates
  • Providing key support and advice
  • Promoting the companies’ offerings and services
  • Meeting with clients and overseeing a region
  • Developing a strong product knowledge
  • Alleviating any issues and handling queries promptly
  • Meeting client’s needs, adding value and increasing engagement
  • Dealing with important data
  • Meeting with clients
  • Any ad-hoc duties relevant to the post
 Skills:
  • Experience in an Account Manager / Sales position from a digital / ecommerce environment
  • Strong problems solving skills
  • The ability to build rapport and trust
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels
  • Can manage workload and work towards targets
  • Able to work as part of a team but also on your own initiative
  • Can identify risks and further opportunities
 To be successful as a Client Success Manager you will be passionate about delivering an excellent service.
