Your new role
Must have experience and good relations with supermarkets Assist in the management of each account to ensure client expectations are met in full. Work in a collaborative way within the management team, to support growth and expansion into new business ventures. To promote all current products and promote the business capabilities. Attend client appointments. Review monthly sales targets with the Team. Attend sales meetings and review ongoing projects.Work closely with New Product Development to ensure new products and client feedback is effectively communicated. Coordinate any customer sample requirements to the New Product Development department. Understand current legislation and changes in consumer trends. Liaise with customers in regards to specification requirements and arising issues. Report to the Operations Manager current sales status and future focus within the sales team remit. Ensure each account is managed efficiently and exceeds all reasonable client expectations. Work in a collaborative way within the management team, to support growth and expansion into new business ventures. Complete monthly KPI performance reviews. Chair sales meetings and review ongoing projects. Communicate any customer sample requirements to the New Product Development department.
