A leading UK Financial Services Group who have won numerous industry awards for excellence and Investment in People are looking to recruit experienced Inbound Contact Centre Advisors for a newly developed team.

The company provide Consultancy Advice to a large proportion of FTSE 100 & 250 clients surrounding Pension Scheme set Up, Management, Accounting and Legislation. This role will provide first class Customer Service to Pension Scheme members who have queries or require pension scheme information.

Specifics of the role will include -

• Handle inbound calls from Pension Scheme Members, managing a range of queries and information topics.

• Use your initiative to identify areas in which you can help and provide solutions, information, or alternatives as required.

• Answer e-mail inquiries, sending out required information, applications or forms as needed.

• Record all calls and information responses in an easily comprehendible manner.

• Update customer records and files.

• Professionally manage any customer complaints and escalate as and when required.
