Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a fantastic Teesside based STEM organisation with a newly created role. This is a permanent, hybrid position (office based 3 days a week) working with one of the best HR teams in the region!As People Services Manager you will oversee and develop HR technologies, processes and frameworks to support and ensure the development, continuous improvement and implementation of flexible and people friendly HR systems.You'll also be responsible for:

  • Leading the people services team (line management and development responsibilities)
  • Collaborating with the people team and key internal stakeholders to identify, develop, deploy and improve people friendly solutions
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation and standardisation
  • Managing policy development and supporting policy implementation
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law, regulations and policies
  • Contributing the the people strategy through management of key people service projects
