Quality Coordinator Job Overview

My client within the maintenance services for pumps, turbines, compressors, motors, and generators industry are currently recruiting for a Quality Coordinator at their Middlesbrough Service Centre.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and maintain all quality-related documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal protocols.
  • Oversee the 8D reporting process, facilitating problem-solving and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage the calibration of tools and equipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to required specifications.
  • Ensure all certifications are current and compliant with relevant standards, including ISO and industry-specific requirements.
  • Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing products and components, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.

Quality Coordinator Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a quality-focused role, ideally within the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, standards, and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and document management skills.
