Sterling Recruitment Services are currently looking to recruit a Operations Administrator for our client based in Middlesbrough.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm

Job Purpose:
To provide a warm and professional welcome to staff and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression while supporting the efficient operation of the office; coordinating facilities services, and assisting with general administrative tasks to enhance the overall workplace experience.

Main duties of the role:
Welcome and greet, staff, visitors and customers at reception, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
Ensuring all visitors/contractors are fully inducted and relevant documents completed.
Handle general telephone and in person enquiries efficiently and professionally, directing individuals to the appropriate contacts, or provide relevant information to ensure a positive experience.
Perform general office administration, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, and offer support as needed.
Coordinate with the external cleaning provider when required to ensure the service meets organisational standards.
Create Purchase Requisitions for operations
Control, maintain and monitor office consumables such as stationary, product labels, hazard labels
Be flexible in your approach to duties in accordance with the requirement of the business
Follow and work in accordance with company values
Provide suitable cover for other office-based administration functions as and when required (annual leave/sickness etc).
