One of our clients has an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join our clients global facilities management team. Seeking for a dedicated individual who is delivering high-quality services and ensuring the safety and comfort of commercial property occupants.

It is a full-time, permanent position covering commercial properties Stockton-on-Tees and around .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on various air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRVs/VRFs, and chillers.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Carry out installation and commissioning of HVAC systems when required.
  • Undertake general fabric maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and participate in a 1-in-4 on-call rota.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including reports and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in air conditioning systems.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification.
  • F-Gas Category 1 certification is desirable.
  • 18th edition is desirable.
  • Full UK driving license.
