- Engaging with local authorities to generate referrals for the service as required.
- Developing and delivering support and safety plans for service users, referring to specialist agencies as needed.
- Ensuring properties are equipped, maintained, furnished, and cleaned to a high standard.
- Minimising void time by proactively re-letting properties in line with targets.
- Ensuring correct tenure and support agreements are issued and followed, taking action on non-compliance.
- Maximising rent collection by ensuring welfare benefit claims are submitted, monitoring rent arrears, and taking appropriate action as needed.
- Empowering and motivating service users to identify and achieve their desired outcomes, while actively engaging them in decisions that affect them.
- Proven experience in housing support, property management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of support planning and working with external agencies.
- Experience in rent collection and managing welfare benefit claims.
- Ability to manage void properties and ensure they are maintained and re-let efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- 3-month contract, with the potential to become permanent
- £15.88 per hour LTD / £13.54 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
