Reed is currently looking to recruit an experienced Adults Social Worker to join Middlesbrough Councils Learning Disability Team.    

Fantastic payrate of £38 per hour!

Responsibilities of this role:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with clients, families and other professionals.
  • Provide ongoing support and advocacy for clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements of this role:

  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience in a similar role within a multidisciplinary framework.
  • Excellent report writing, record-keeping and computer skills.
