In this role, you'll be at the forefront of client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and providing tailored solutions to meet their logistics needs. What You'll Do:As a Freight Account Manager, you will:Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain robust connections with clients to understand their unique logistics and transportation needs.Be Their Go-To Person: Serve as the primary contact for your accounts, delivering prompt and professional support.Monitor Success: Keep a close eye on account performance and client satisfaction, proactively addressing any issues that arise.Stay in the Loop: Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on delivery statuses and ETAs, ensuring they are always informed.Collaborate for Success: Work alongside internal teams to guarantee a high level of service and timely shipment deliveries.Solve Problems: Identify and resolve any issues with shipments quickly, working with various stakeholders for effective solutions.Follow Up: Escalate issues when necessary and make sure our clients are satisfied with the outcomes.

What You Bring:To excel in this role, you should have:Experience Matters: Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, ideally in the freight or logistics industry.Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of freight processes and logistics operations.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics-related software.
