Xpert Resourcing are excited to be working with an expanding global business. We are searching for an IT Support Specialist who will be the UK representative based at the Mildenhall site.
Duties to Include
- Supporting and maintaining the company computer systems, desktops and devices
- Installing, repairing and upgrading equipment
- Trouble shooting
- Providing user training
- Liaising with overseas offices
- Project work
- Able to understand network, cybersecurity and datacenter terminologies and technologies
Experience/Skills Required
- Degree in the field of computer science or 2-3 years equivalent work experience
- Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware
- Trouble shooting (hands on ) experience
- Extensive experience of resolving issues and providing support with PC’s, laptops and printers
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows and mobile device operating systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience of working in a team environment
- This role will involve sitting for extended periods of time
- It is essential that you have a valid drives license
- Some lifting of equipment may be required up to 22kg
- Occasional travel overseas
Hours of Work
Monday – Friday – 09.00 – 17.00
