Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk
Salary: £negotiable DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (37 hours)
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent (Locum will be considered)

Our client based in Mildenhall is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their practice on a full time, permanent basis. This role has great potential for career progression The successful candidate will already have an interesting, mixed caseload ready and waiting, so you can hit the ground running from the off!
As Residential Conveyancer your duties will include:
- Managing your own caseload of Sales & Purchase, Freehold & Leasehold and Newbuild cases from inception through to completion.
Secretarial support is provided.
An ideal candidate for the Residential Conveyancer role will have:
- Experience of handling own case load of residential conveyancing matters
- Driven personality, looking for progression.
