Description
Accounts Controller - Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly management accounts preparation and analysis for multiple business units
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights to senior management
- Business partner with operational managers to improve financial performance and decision-making
- Oversee a team of 3 finance professionals, developing their capabilities and ensuring delivery of objectives
- Implement process improvements and strengthen financial controls
- Manage key stakeholder relationships across the business and group finance function
Profile
Accounts Controller - Required Experience and Qualifications:
- ACCA/CIMA qualified or actively studying
- Proven experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics environment
- Strong track record in business partnering and financial analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
