About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent finance-related graduate looking to take their first step into the world of finance. You will be fully trained and supported, with the chance to progress as the company continues to grow. This role will be working alongside an experienced purchase ledger assistant, and three management accountants, reporting directly to the Finance Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing financial transactions & data entry
- Supporting month-end processes
- Managing internal financial queries
- Handling invoicing and purchase orders
- Assisting with accounts payable & management accounting
- Supporting payment runs & reconciliation tasks
- Providing coverage for other roles within the department
- Ad-hoc finance tasks as required
Person Specification:
- Recent graduate (Finance-related degree or AAT qualification)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Organised, with ability to prioritise tasks
- Good communication & teamwork skills
- Ambition to develop within a growing business
