  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Process bills and expenses
  • Assist with VAT preparation and Year-End Accounts
  • Communicate regularly with clients
  • Address client queries and requests
  • Review the team's work
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Maintain and nurture customer relationships
  • Support the development and training of junior team members
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Strong VAT knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience within a practice setting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong client communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to think creatively and offer tailored client solutions
  • AAT Level 4 (preferred but not essential)
