We are looking to appoint an organised and confident client account administrator with excellent communication skills to join our expanding projects team based in our Milton Keynes offices. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Liaising and supporting our Project Manager 
  • Chasing medical reports completed by our Assessment team 
  • Ensuring we stick to the client's strict SLA report timelines 
  • Troubleshooting problems as they arise within the project 
  • Supporting our compliance team when required 
The applicant considered will: 
  • Be very organised and attentive 
  • Have a confident and enthusiastic phone manner 
  • Reliable and good time management 
  • Have previous experience in an administrative or customer service role 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
