Position: SME Account HandlerLocation: Milton KeynesSalary: Up to £35,000

We are seeking experienced SME Account Handlers to join our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic office with a strong leadership team and a focus on growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound/outbound communication with warm leads
  • Handle existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with the SME team to drive business growth
  • Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in SME account handling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of insurance industry practices and principles
Day-to-day
  • Engage with warm leads and existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the SME team to drive business growth
  • Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
  • Work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
