Resident Services Associate - Build to Rent

4 days per week - 32 hours

Salary: £23,400

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: 3 week rolling rota. week 1 8 to 5 Mon to Thurs, week 2 9 to 6 Mon to Thurs, week 3 Mon to Wed 11 to 8 Thurs and Friday 4 to 8

My client, a leading Build To Rent operator, is seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to join their front of house team. The role is based at one of their luxury residential development in Milton Keynes and is 32 hours required

For this position, the company will ideally want a professional background in either property, student accommodation, hospitality or customer service. You will be a pivotal member of the front of house team, ensuring that residents receive an excellent service, the building is maintained and managed efficiently to the company standard, and the team works as one.

This role will report to the Resident Services Manager, providing an exceptional resident experience through delivery of first-class customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Face to face resident interaction, building a good relationship and rapport with customers ensuring they feel welcome, safe and at home
  • Conducting customers viewings and tours
  • Undertaking pre-let inspections and scheduled inspections of communal areas
  • Managing defects, repairs and warranty issues
  • Logging receipt and collection of customer parcels
  • Key management
  • Building security and resident administration in line with GDPR
  • Arranging and hosting events for residents
  • Logging and reporting all Health and Safety tasks
  • Administrative duties including conducting right to rent checks, processing invoices, processing tenancy termination notices and producing system reports
  • Be a positive advocate for change, highlighting and implementing business improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of working in customer-facing role; hospitality/property/customer service background
  • Effective time management, organisation, and ability to consistently achieve tight deadlines
  • Awareness of H&S requirements on-site and a demonstrable ability to implement H&S on site
  • Continually strives to improve knowledge, skills and abilities to produce the best results
  • A flexible approach, dedication to working well in a team
  • Positive attitude and ability to go above and beyond for residents with little supervision
  • Smart and presentable in appearance
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as adapting to other database systems
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English and numeracy
  • Goal-oriented and resilient with the determination to deliver exceptional outcomes for residents and communities
  • Experience with events desirable
