The role of Area Sales Manager Sanitary Building Boards will involve:

Field sales position selling a high quality range of manufactured specialist building boards used within wetroom applications for commercial and domestic applications

All of your time will be spent selling to national & independent merchants & buying groups, stockist, retailers and small to medium housebuilders such as: CCF, Travis Perkins, Grant & Stone, Barwick & Minster

Taking over a territory currently achieving around £500k turnover per annum

Well established area therefore a good blend of account management and new business

Liaising with the internal technical sales team regarding specification writing

Working in a buddy system with a dedicated specification manager

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager Sanitary Building Boards with:

Must have field sales experience in the building products industry

Must have sold interior / lightside products

Ideally sold to national & independent merchants, buying groups, stockist & distribution (however open on route to market)

Comfortable with working in a competitive environment and selling via product quality over price

Experience of in branch training, demonstrations and increasing product visibility in merchant branches

Confident people person, can do attitude, professional and articulate
