Business Development Executive/Lead Generation Milton Keynes – Hybrid £12.63 - £13.73 per hour – depending on experience – plus bonus Our national client, an established business within the automotive sector are currently seeking driven sales professionals to join their thriving business on a permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a drive to achieve a career within sales to join a forward-thinking, fast paced team.The successful candidate will have prior customer service and/or sales experience, ideally from an office environment and a genuine desire to further develop a progress a career within the sales arena. Key Duties: - To qualify leads by developing relationships and gaining understanding of client needs and opportunity.
- Assess leads to determine their potential for conversion and focus on high-priority opportunities.
- Utilise various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking events, to connect with prospects.
- Build and nurture robust relationships with potential and current clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Continuously research and analyse market trends and competitors to identify emerging opportunities.
- Create and implement effective plans to attract new business clients for fleet and leasing services.
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- Work with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and support business growth.
- Develop and execute a thorough lead generation strategy targeting potential business clients.
Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in business development, with a track record of successful lead generation and revenue growth is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career within sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A passion for staying updated with industry trends
The Offering: - £12.63 - £13.73 per hour – depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus – based on performance
- Permanent contract
- 35 hours per week
- Hybrid working (3 days from home per week)
