KM Recruitment is seeking a HR Assessor Trainer for a home-based position with online delivery and occasional face-to-face visits.
The role offers a salary of up to £38,000, depending on delivery level, skills, and experience.
Candidates must hold a recognised Assessor award or a teaching qualification, along with recent experience in delivering or assessing HR Apprenticeship Standards.
A CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resources or Learning and Development is also required, along with a full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel.
The position involves supporting learners through assessments, managing their progress, and delivering a blended learning approach.

Hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) OR Teaching qualification (PTLLS / AET).
Must have recent exposure / experience of delivering, assessing or coaching HR Apprenticeship Standards.
Must hold CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources OR Learning and Development.
Happy to support learners with Functional Skills (Maths and English up to Level 2).
Must be comfortable with Online 1-1 and group-based training delivery.
Hold solid occupational experience within HR, ideally at management level.
Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.

Duties include:

Assess, coach, and support a caseload of learners working towards Apprenticeship qualifications in HR, Levels 3 and 5
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.
Support learners to achieve Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
Deliver a blended learning approach with the majority of delivery taking place remotely together with face to face visits when required
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
