Your Role:As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. You’ll be responsible for managing daily operations, addressing customer needs, and providing proactive solutions that exceed expectations.• Customer Advocate: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, solving problems, and delivering solutions.• Operational Excellence: Monitor and streamline daily processes to ensure operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, manage escalations, and drive service excellence.• Data-Driven Insights: Analyse customer feedback and operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.• Continuous Improvement: Provide actionable suggestions to enhance both customer experience and internal workflows.
