  • Deliver first class customer service, take ownership of enquiries until the customer is happy
  • To receive and respond to enquiries through multiple platforms
  • To support the team in meeting its growth and membership retention targets
  • To support customers in understanding the products, services and benefits available to them
  • Make outbound telephone calls to customers
