Working Hours:- Standard hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Flexibility required during peak periods
- Some rotational shifts between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM may be needed
- Hybrid working available after the training period
- Respond to enquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, online chat, and social media
- Triage and categories email and webform enquiries for efficient resolution
- Handle basic customer enquiries during peak periods
- Make outbound calls to engage and support customers
- Assist the team in achieving growth and membership retention targets
- Educate customers about products, services, and benefits available to them
- Provide administrative support to advisory teams, including customer record processing, data cleansing, and producing verification letters
- Identify and update returned post and email contact details to maintain customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies, escalating subject access requests within 24 hours
- Exceptional customer service skills in a multi-channel environments
