You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, promote cost control and recovery, and act as an ambassador for the company at corporate and handover events. Your responsibilities will include overseeing defect inspections, specifying remedial works, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining accurate documentation.What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of house building, including electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to stay calm and professional when handling customer complaints.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
