Customer Service Specialist Wanted! Are you available immediately?

Location:Milton Keynes Job Type:Full Time - Temp to PermSalary £13 to £14 per hour

Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Our client is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team to help manage customers orders and invoices to provide customer satisfaction every time.

What You'll Do:
  • Deal with Customer orders to be processed onto the company system in line with company KPIs
  • Ensure Customers orders can be fulfilled by managing stock levels in the warehouses, making sure no customers orders are short
  • Plan transport for export customers, managing custom processes and answer any queries to make sure the stock arrives on time
  • Work alongside the warehouse team, dealing with anything that could impact the order flow
  • Making sure customer and consumer complaints are resolved in a timely manner
  • Ensure the customer orders are invoiced correctly on dispatch, confirming receipt of proof of deliveries from all parties to include warehouses, hauliers and couriers
  • Deal with any invoice disputes, working with the Finance team
  • Provide reports to ensure the team are reaching the Service Level KPIs
  • Support the Suppler Chain Team where needed

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-years experience working within a customer service role
  • Previous experience working within FMCG environment
  • Experience dealing with export customer and paperwork
  • Excellent communication skills, be it face to face, on the phone and on email
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being able to prioritise your workload
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and able to adapt to change
  • Quick learner
  • IT skills, good Excel knowledge is required
