Part Time Customer Service Specialist Milton Keynes Office Based £28,000 Pro-rataMy luxury goods client is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Specialist with a passion for providing excellent service and going that extra mile. You will be joining their expanding E-commerce team, dealing with internet orders. Your primary role will be to deliver first-class customer service to current, prospective and new customers via email, phone and live chat as well as assist in processing orders and returns. You will enjoy working closely with key members of the E-commerce and Operations teams in a rapidly growing business unit.

Part Time Customer Service Specialist responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by answering customer queries primarily via e-mail and telephone.
  • Preparing pick tickets for orders received.
  • Receiving and processing of returns, exchanges and discrepancies within a timely manner.
  • Communicate with couriers about shipments
  • Creating manual web orders
  • Manage stock levels to ensure optimal availability
  • Verify products appear consistently across the site
  • Co-ordinate orders on internal systems

Part Time Customer Service Specialist Desired Attributes:

  • Computer Skills Microsoft Outlook and Excel, Salesforce experience desired but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritise
