You will be part of a motivated digital marketing team responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities for a Digital Marketing Specialist
Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media, email, and web channels.
Analyse and report on digital performance metrics (ROI, engagement, traffic) to drive continuous improvement in campaigns.
Collaborate with the client network to align digital marketing efforts with sales and brand goals, including regular strategy meetings.
Engage with key stakeholders to integrate insights into digital strategies.
Manage local UK influencer partnerships, including content collaboration, promotional opportunities, and digital brand presence.
Coordinate and implement product launches on digital platforms, ensuring alignment of messaging across sales and marketing channels.
Develop and manage web content, SEO strategies, and paid media initiatives to enhance online visibility.
Support internal and external staff with up-to-date digital marketing knowledge through regular training and sharing of best practices.
Essential skills for a Digital Marketing Specialist
Proven expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media ads, email marketing software, and CMS platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
Confidence in presenting digital strategies and campaign results in team meetings.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the UK and attend events/exhibitions as required, including some weekend work (overtime paid).
Full UK drivers license.
