An established firm in Milton Keynes is looking for an experienced Conveyancing professional to lead its Post Exchange department. This role involves overseeing a team responsible for managing transactions from Exchange through to Post-Completion, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

This role would suit an established Conveyancer looking to step away from fee earning and manage a team.

Role Overview

The Post Exchange Team Leader will be responsible for the daily management of the department, supporting team members, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This position offers the opportunity to help shape and grow the department over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and leading the Post Exchange team
  • Overseeing all Post Exchange procedures through to Completion
  • Supporting the growth and development of the department
  • Ensuring compliance with CLA, SRA, and solicitor account rules
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and safeguarding client interests

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Conveyancing, specifically in Post-Exchange to Completion processes
  • Familiarity with Case Management systems
  • Previous experience in team management or leadership
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and support a growing team
