Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with a global business to recruit a bright and dynamic Finance Business Partner.
Working closely with the UK CFO and wider business functions, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analytics in order to drive operational performance.
Duties Include:
- Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business and operational targets
- Supporting the period-end processes to ensure deadlines are met
- Analysis of financial data to identify trends and variances
- Consolidate forecasts from various business units into a cohesive narrative
- Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with internal and external business functions
- Continuous evaluation of financial processes and systems
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Logistics, supply chain or manufacturing experience would be highly desirable

Salary and benefits:
The role of Finance Business Partner is £50,000pa to £60,000pa plus bonus, benefits and hybrid working.
