FINANCE MANAGER - PROPERTY ACCOUNTSMilton Keynes | £45,000-£48,500 p.a.

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing top 20 UK accountancy firm, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their award-winning property and housing accounts team in Milton Keynes.

THE ROLE

You will manage a key client portfolio, overseeing service charge accounts, audit assignments, and team management while collaborating with senior leadership on strategic business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and review property service charge accounts and financial statements
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of financial reporting
  • Develop client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives
  • Manage workflow and resources to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Provide mentoring and development support to junior team members
IDEAL Finance Manager - Property Accounts PROFILE
  • At least AAT qualified or part ACCA/ACA qualified
  • Strong accounting background with practice experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and organised approach to workload
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel capabilities
  • Service charge accounting knowledge beneficial or Property and housing sector exposure
