Description
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Provide detailed analysis of financial results and identify trends to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment activities to ensure financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Provide commercial insight to the business, including pricing models, profitability analysis, and cost optimization strategies.
- Oversee the technical aspects of finance, including financial systems, controls, and reporting mechanisms.
- Work with other departments to improve business processes, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
Profile
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in finance management, with a focus on operational, commercial, and technical finance.
- Strong technical understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, and reporting tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and ability to interpret financial data to inform business decisions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial software.
