Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end financial reporting process with precision and flair
- Develop and maintain robust financial models that provide critical business insights
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to translate financial performance into strategic direction
- Manage the month-end and year-end reporting cycles with meticulous attention to detail
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial analysis techniques
- Minimum of 3-5 years' audit experience from a Top 10 accounting firm
- ACA/ACCA qualified or near-qualification
- Exceptional understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial reporting tools
- A track record of delivering high-quality, accurate financial reports under pressure
