About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Hire Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing equipment hire requests, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:? Processing hire enquiries via phone and email? Managing equipment availability and coordinating deliveries/collections? Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers? Preparing hire contracts and ensuring all documentation is accurate? Resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner? Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:?? Previous experience in the Hire Industry (construction, plant, tool, powered access, or similar) - essential?? Strong customer service and communication skills?? Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively?? Proficiency in using hire software/CRM systems?? A proactive and team-oriented approach
