HR Project Manager - 12 month contract - Milton Keynes (hybrid 3 days onsite)
I am looking for an HR Project Manager to work on a 12 month contract with a public sector client in Milton Keynes.
They are keen to hire someone who will be able to efficiently allocate resource and manage procurement and contracts efficiently for the business.
I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have
- Experience working in a similar role, ideally within public sector organisations
- Project and Change Management experience, particularly managing cost and delivering value for money
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with external vendors.
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and work with both Technical and non-Technical teams
- Strong analytics skills, including the ability to distil large data sets and use findings to deliver ongoing improvement
- Experience of procurement and contract management would be preferred
- Previous experience in Construction, Transport, Rail would be an added advantage
