Our legal services client has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their team. We are interested in hearing from candidates who have worked in administration previously and are happy

and confident speaking with clients on the phone. You’ll be able demonstrate your organisational skills, meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a team environment, whilst managing client expectations.

Hybrid working is offered.

Key Responsibilities

To call potential clients and arrange appointments

Diary management of fee earners

Manage new opportunities and enquiries coming into the department

Being first point of contact for new clients/referrals

To deal with client cases from enquiries to initial instruction

Liaise with clients over the phone.

Receiving and issuing correspondence/mail from/to the client

Booking appointments

Setting up of files

Reporting to and receiving and acting upon instruction from Associate Partners

Attending required training courses

Adhering to the Firm’s compliance obligations

Requirements

Experience with liaising with clients over the phone and face to face coupled with strong client care skills

Flexibility in supporting other members of staff

Previous experience in an administrative role
