We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dental Practice Manager to lead and manage  team in Milton Keynes.-private dental practice.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record in a dental or healthcare setting. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring optimal performance, and delivering outstanding patient care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ideally hold a qualification in Leadership and Management.
  • Proven experience in a dental practice management role, preferably within a corporate or multi-site setting.
  • Prior experience as a Head Dental Nurse is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of business planning and strategic implementation.
  • Experience working with and analyzing KPIs and financial statements.
  • Proficient in using dental CRM systems and other relevant software tools.

  • Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of over 5 members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective business plans and strategies to drive practice growth and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing motivation and empowerment to achieve optimum results.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and emotional intelligence, commanding respect and confidence from the team.
  • Utilize various management and leadership styles appropriately to engage and support different team members.
