Final Assembly Technician

15 per hour plus overtime
You'll be assembling high value products used for some cool industries, including F1 and Motorsport, Automotive, Marine, Defence, Aviation and Aerospace. You'll have the chance to increase your pay as you will be paid overtime at 1.5 of your hourly rate for any hours worked over your contracted for the week.
Progression is also something you can expect whether that will be into team leader role or another position within the company, they are always looking to promote from within and have a good track record of this. The pipeline of work is really strong currently with this business and this will bring development and progression opportunities.
They have an immaculate, specially kitted out workshop, one that you would be proud to work in, which is located conveniently just on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre.
This is not a one size fits all style job or list of requirements, however some previous success stories have come from a motorsport industry. general manufacturing background or karting/mechanic backgrounds.
If you have hands on mechanical or electrical ability, ability to thrive in a busy department and a desire to learn a new skills we would love to hear from you. You will be assembling various products primarily for the motorsport/F1 industries so a strong attention to detail and able to work from engineering drawings is a must.
